CIT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

The Empowers vision is to raise up leaders who are principled, demonstrating the key attributes of discipline, focus, humility and courtesy. Black Belt Excellence is what we work to instill in our CIT Leaders - helping them to be comfortable teaching other students, serving in the community, mentoring, and exhibiting humble confidence.

Students who work hard, persevere through challenges and exhibit personal growth may be nominated to apply to the CIT Leadership Program.
