SATURDAY - APRIL 20 - IN HOUSE TOURNAMENT

APRIL 20, 2024 

• Tournament Division Requirements:
• Team Sparring: Head, Hands, Feet, Face Shield or Mouth Guard MUST be worn. Most Points Cumulative per team wins. Teams will be chosen by the instructors the day of the tournament to keep things fair and even. 
• Forms: 
• Shaolin Students- 1 Shaolin Form
• AFKA Students ages 5 and up- 2 Universals or 1 Black Belt form
• Little Dragons ages 2-4- Elbow Sequence, Star Block or Universal 1
• Weapons Forms: A full weapons form of any weapon must be demoed for this division. No partial forms will be accepted for anyone under the age of 10.
• Self Defense: Students must demo at a minimum 4 self defense techniques 
• Breaking: Students must demo at a minimum 4 board breaks
